I purchased the ultimaF3 board and all arrived in great shape. The packaging was some of the most impressive custom fit I’ve seen and predictably, all parts were perfect. I overlooked some of the screws and contacted support, they responded within 24 hours and cleared all issues up. I also needed some documentation for registering the foil and once again, Harry, located and emailed all needed documentation. Overall, great customer service and very timely too, a rare find in todays mediocrity when it comes to helping customers out, thank you Harry and Tamebillow
