How long does an eFoil repair take?

Standard repairs are completed within 48 hours of receiving your board. Complex issues like battery rebuilds or ESC replacements may require 3–5 business days. We provide a timeline before starting any work.

What's covered under the 2-year warranty?

Our 2-year warranty covers all manufacturer defects including motor failure, battery degradation beyond normal wear, ESC faults, and structural board issues. It does not cover impact damage or normal wear components like seals and pads.

Do you offer group lessons or corporate events?

Yes — we offer group lesson packages for up to 8 riders and can organise corporate team-building eFoil experiences. Custom packages available on request. Contact us with your group size and location.

Do you ship boards for repair internationally?

Yes — we handle international repair shipments regularly. We provide detailed packing instructions and coordinate with your local courier. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility; return shipping is covered for warranty claims.

Can I upgrade my existing Tamebillow eFoil?

Absolutely. Our modular system is designed for upgrades. We can increase motor output, swap foil wings for different riding styles, and upgrade battery capacity. Contact our team for a personalised upgrade consultation.

Are eFoils legal to ride in my country?

Regulations vary by country and waterway. Most lakes, bays, and open coastal waters permit eFoiling, but some areas require registration or restrict motor watercraft. We recommend checking local maritime authority guidelines — our blog covers eFoil legality by region in detail.
