My 1st time ordering from this company. overall I am satisfied with the experience. I worked shortly with Harry( the customer service agent ) and determined the hydrofoil I was looking for. My foil arrived earlier than expected. the product is the product I ordered from Harry. The foil came inside a nice black bag to transfer my board and the pieces were individually wrapped/tapped to protect it been destination. The. package was shipped in a box and delivered to my front door. I wish the company would’ve included instructions and items list. I wish that my mast did not have small scratches. Overall, I would order from this company again. Ultimately, I saved money and received a great product.

All would have been wonderful if support knew that what was ordered was a door to door as ultimately it was like this, in the mean time we had an argument that i had to go clear customs and pay for it whilst all was ultimately included! Next time don’t false advertise not free shipping world wide

The foil assist stopped working on day 3. it wont turn on properly, it stopped making any sound when turned on. I have been trying to reach a resolution with the support but they want to send me a new receiver. But even with the receiver unplugged, it used to make a sound when turned on, so i dont think that will fix it. I think something inside the battery box stopped working. Been trying to resolve it for weeks. Also the cable they sent was too short, not at all like the pictures. Also the screws they send were too short, not at all like the installation instructional video. If they fix these major issues, i will change my reveiw

The company refused to record a video of assembling the whole kit, and as a result the package lacked a bolt to secure the board with the mast. Also, they failed to send extra nuts to connect the handlebar with the board. Note that both the video & The extras are important requirements. A month later, they did send both.

After unboxing the art wing does not fit the fusalge , very poor quality control. Checking if a wing fits the fusalge is a basic procedure . Cost of returning part for exchange is almost not worth it . Credit offered also not change the time I’ve wasted waiting for this product.
