We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide photos to confirm the product’s integrity, as well as the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, you will need to cover both the shipping cost for the item’s return and our shipping charges. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and we will not issue a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount, and the return shipping cost and any international transfer fees will also be borne by the buyer.
Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
